Sis. Mimms is the last District Deputy Grand Matron, who served the Mountain District. After 2004 many of the Chapters disbanded, some turned in their charters. Several of the members demitted to other chapters. We shall forever be grateful for the contribution the Mountain District made to the success of the Cecelia Dunlap Grand Chapter.
