The Nurses were
established under the administration of PGWM, Vanda Langham. The Nurses
Guild is available each Grand Communications to assist our Grand Chapter and
Grand Lodge. In
prior years they have presented Health Fairs with programs on eye care,
African-American against Cancer, Dental Program.
Each year they provide Free Blood-Pressure and
Glucose Screening and make educational materials available.
The current nurses are: Sis. Mary William, No. 105,
Sis. Margret Givens, No. 29 and Sis. Betty Dawson, No. 29.
At the 115th,
convening of Grand Communication, Cecelia Dunlap Grand Chapter purchased lab
coats for each nurse, that has the Grand Chapters name engraved.
